RHOP’s Karen Huger Admits to ‘Addiction’ in Andy Cohen Sit Down

Following her early release from prison September 2, Karen Huger is finally ready to sit down and be honest.

In the Real Housewives of Potomac mid-season teaser, which premiered at BravoCon November 15, Karen reappears in an interview with Andy Cohen.

In addition to giving an update on RHOP, the clip shows Karen finally owning up to her behavior. Are pigs flying in the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia area)?

Andy Cohen will appear in a sit down with Karen Huger during the RHOP Season 10 finale

After serving just six months of her one-year DUI sentence, Karen was released and allowed to return home. Andy made a housecall to Karen’s home for the interview. Has he ever actually visited a Housewives’ home before?

“Here we are,” he says while seated across from the Grand Dame. “You are a free woman.”

“It’s time to talk about my addiction,” she responds bluntly.

The clip was the highlight of the “Potomac Takes Vegas” panel on Friday at the Caesars Forum. The entire Season 10 cast was in attendance: Wendy Osefo, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Tia Glover, Angel Massie, Keiarna Stewart, Stacey Rusch, and returnee Monique Samuels.

Apparently, the interview will be part of the Season 10 finale premiering in February. Bravo is promoting the sit-down as a “deeply personal and reflective conversation.” The network is promising a “never-before-seen side of Karen,” as she faces her life after prison.

Arrested in March 2024, Karen was charged with not only DUI, but also careless and imprudent endangering of property, life, and persons. A Maryland jury found her guilty and sentenced her to two years behind bars, with one year suspended. Karen is still prohibited from driving a car for one year and is required to use an interlock device for a period of time afterward. She’ll also be on probation for five years.

Now that’s an interview RHOP fans will be looking forward to. Make sure you’ve got your popcorn ready.

The Real Housewives of Potomac airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo, streaming on Peacock the next day.

TELL US – WILL YOU BE WATCHING KAREN’S INTERVIEW? WERE YOU SURPRISED TO HEAR HER ADMIT TO ADDICTION?
