Participants in the Family Recovery Program graduated on Friday and reunited with their children. The program helps parents who list their children because of challenges like substance use disorder. The ceremony celebrates the progress seven parents made to regain custody of their children and create healthy and stable homes. Since 2005, the program has served more than 1,800 Baltimore families — with a 92% success rate.
