Triggers vs. Yoga?

We never, never try to arrange a man’s life so as to shield him from temptation. The slightest disposition on your part to guide his appointments or his affairs so he will not be tempted will be noticed. Make him feel absolutely free to come and go as he likes. This is important.

RESTROOM Phobic?

The mere mention of the B word can bring up incredible post traumatic stress. Mom, Dad you are the parent of an addict fear of extended absences in bathrooms is normal. It’s truly weird what can trigger the fear associated with having an addict child.

Triggers

I no longer worry about “public bathrooms, music by Eminem, music by 50 Cent, Snoop Dog, rainy days, winter, summer, spring, fall” or anything else that my diseased parental mind might think would be a potential trigger to set off a relapse.
