He needs to refocus and dim the lights of relapse. He knows where the light switch is.
Parents of addicts also can be riders on the pink cloud transit. As their child enters early sobriety they begin a euphoric rebirth of their disposition. Life is better than normal. Laughter, not the battles of addiction, again permeate the home.
