  1. Thanks for including this list of supports for families/friends/CSO's. In the spirit of 'gotta keep trying 'the next thing' when what we are currently trying isn't resulting in increased momentum for 'both' our addiction-challenged family member, as well as ourselves in the addictionjourney, in a reasonable amount of time. Here's another parent/family support resource for the list: Self management and Recovery Training- Friends and Family Group: http://www.smartrecovery.org/resources/family.htm.

Hi Becky – Thanks for suggestion but I can not link Partnership for a Drug Free Org or any other group that takes funding from PURDUE pharma or any other pharmaceutical companies. It’s a moral issue

Way too “fox in the henhouse” for me

I take great inspiration from your blog and thought you would find this article very pertinent to your cause:

The Partnership at Drugfree.org just launched a great new resource/community for parents and caregivers of teens struggling with addiction. It can be found at http://www.timetogethelp.drugfree.org

    Thanks for a great blog!
